DAY 1. DIRE DAWA - HARAR - Breakfast at the Hotel - Main: Departure for Harar (52km - 1h30). - Arrival in Harar via the fortified city of Harar, dating from the 16th century and the fourth most important city in the Islamic world. Visit to Arthur Rimbaud's house. - Lunch in Harar - Afternoon: Visit to the national museum and the house of Ras Mekonnen. - In the early evening, you'll see the “hyena man” who feeds the hyenas that gather outside the city every night. - Overnight in Harar DAY 2 . HARAR - Breakfast at the Hotel - Morning: Excursion to Babile elephant sanctuary (difficult to see depending on the season) - Lunch in Harar - Afternoon: Excursion to visit Koremi village houses - Overnight in Harar DAY 3.
