ADDIS ABABA Arrival and city tour: National Museum (Lucy), Ethnological Museum, Mercato, Entoto Hills, and traditional coffee at Tomoca. Overnight Addis Ababa. DAY 02. ADDIS ABABA – JIMMA – CHEBERA CHURCHURA Drive southwest via Jimma to Chebera Churchura National Park. Afternoon game drive. Overnight near the park. DAY 03. CHEBERA CHURCHURA Full-day safari with morning and afternoon game drives. Optional nature walk. Overnight near the park. DAY 04. CHEBERA – ARBA MINCH Drive to Arba Minch. En route stop at Gilgel Gibe III Dam on the Omo River. Continue through the Rift Valley. Overnight Arba Minch. DAY 05. ARBA MINCH – KONSO Visit Konso, a UNESCO cultural landscape known for terraced farming, stone villages, and Waga grave markers. Overnight Konso. DAY 06. KONSO – ARBA MINCH Boat trip on Lake Chamo to see hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife. Afternoon visit to Dorze village in the Guge Mountains. Overnight Arba Minch. DAY 07. ARBA MINCH – YIRGALEM Walk at Forty Springs. Drive to Yirgalem in the coffee region. Coffee plantation visit and ceremony. Overnight Yirgalem. DAY 08. YIRGALEM – HAWASSA Drive to Hawassa. Visit fish market and Lake Hawassa. Afternoon boat trip. Overnight Hawassa. DAY 09. HAWASSA – ADDIS ABABA Return to Addis Ababa via Abijatta-Shalla National Park, Lake Langano, and Tiya UNESCO site.
